Scenario Engine
What it does
What Scenario Engine does.
ScenarioEngine is strategy1's engine for scenario planning, risk and red-team war-games. AI agents and strategists test a plan against the futures that could break it, simulate how competitors, regulators, investors and customers might react, and turn early warning signs into triggers. You receive a scenario set, a trigger dashboard and response playbooks.

Questions
About Scenario Engine
What does ScenarioEngine deliver?
ScenarioEngine delivers: scenario set and trigger dashboard and response playbooks (reputation and crisis). Every input is recorded with its source in the evidence ledger, and every plan ships with its red-team report. Each deliverable names the method it used, such as monte Carlo scenarios or war-games.
Which strategy types does ScenarioEngine cover?
ScenarioEngine delivers 6 of strategy1's 26 strategy types: Family-business governance & succession, Reputation & crisis, Public affairs & policy, Supply-chain resilience, Energy transition & ESG and Scenario & risk. It applies across Energy & infrastructure, Manufacturing, Healthcare & wellness, BFSI, Consumer and Real estate. The method stays the same in each sector; the model of your world changes. Each strategy page sets out the decision, what you receive and when that strategy fails.
Who signs ScenarioEngine's conclusions?
Every ScenarioEngine run follows the S1 Method: the Strategy Council and a Domain Fellow sign the decision memo, and your named owner accepts each action before anything reaches your systems. Domain Fellows are chartered engineers, CAs, lawyers and sector veterans who sign the parts that carry professional liability.
How do I start with ScenarioEngine?
Start with the free Strategy Readiness Scan, which takes 30–60 minutes and suggests an entry engine. The 72-Hour Strategy Bootcamp works one real problem to a working strategy in 3–5 days for a fixed fee. An Engine Sprint runs ScenarioEngine at full depth in 1–3 weeks for a fixed fee, with your Bootcamp fee credited.
What is an AI war-game?
In a ScenarioEngine war-game, AI agents play the parties who could react to your plan, such as competitors, regulators, investors and customers, so you can test responses before they happen. War-game agents cannot write to anything and have no access to your systems. Results are labelled as scenarios, not forecasts, and probabilities that do not come from a source are marked low confidence.
How we work
The rules every engine follows.
- 01
Every number traceable.
Each figure links to its source, date and confidence grade (A, B or C).
- 02
Every plan red-teamed.
Each strategy ships with its strongest counter-arguments and the conditions under which it fails.
- 03
Signed where it matters.
Domain Fellows, who are chartered engineers, CAs, lawyers and sector veterans, sign the parts that carry professional liability.
- 04
Nothing written without approval.
No decision reaches your systems until your named owner accepts it.
Bring one real decision.Leave with a signed plan.
A 72-Hour Bootcamp takes one problem your team would scope in weeks and works it to a decision memo your leadership signs. Fixed scope, fixed fee.
